1. Data Retention Period
Data will be retained for six (6) months following the date of delivery. The date of delivery is defined as the timestamp on the email notifying the recipient of data transfer via sFTP or the Phase Genomics platform accounts.
Within this six-month period, data transfer requests will be fulfilled for a small additional cost. After the initial six-month retention period, data will be deleted and no longer available.
2. Data Archival and Retrieval Fees
Charge for data retrieval within 6 months of delivery date:
- $100 flat rate per request plus $50 per additional sample
Example: data retrieval for 3 samples would cost $200. - 10 or more samples: price determined at the time of request.
3. Implementation and Notification
This policy applies to all projects previously stored and any new project going forward.
